Warranty Policy-Vander Lighting Company Limited

VANDER  will be responsible for defects in workmanship & materials and product’s quality issue while the product is used properly according to the manual and in warranty.

VANDER will offer extra 2% at customer order under total amount up to USD10,000,extra 3% at customer order under total amount up to USD20,000 or more:

A. defective quality products <2% or <3%, VANDER will not make replacement.

B. defective quality products >2% or >3%, VANDER will replace the quantity except extra 2% or 3% at next order while the product is used according to the manual and in warranty period.

Vander will not provide warranty of our products in the following cases:

1. Not properly usage according to the manual.

2. Beyond warranty period.

3. Caused by modification or repair by anyone except Vander designated person; or for tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed.

4. Not use the parts that were not manufactured by Vander.

5. Restructure to the product without the permission of Vander.

6. Product is damaged due to typhoon, flood, fire, earthquake, war and other un-resisted force.
